Q.How do I check my order status?

Click here to log in to your account. Once you are logged in, you will be able to navigate to your order and check the status there.

Q.May I have a tracking number for my order?

You will received a tracking number via email as soon as we receive it ourselves. If it has not been emailed to you and does not appear on your order status page, then we are not able to provide it to you yet.

Q.What if I am missing an item from my shipment?

If you are ordering parts from different manufacturers, they will arrive separately and often times on different days. Log in to your account to check your order and compare to the quantities received. If there is still something wrong, email [email protected], or reach out using the chat function in the bottom left of our website.

Q.Where do we ship our products to?

Currently, we ship to the 50 United States.

Q.How much will shipping cost?

Shipping will be free for all orders over $1000. Orders under $1000 have an calculated UPS shipping fee.

Q.May I use my own UPS or FedEx shipping account?

Yes, please tell your salesperson when you are placing the order that you would like to use your own account.
